My goal is of course to make sure that you have the best experience with my rwork, but you never know what might happen. Here are a few possibilities:
I've changed my mind or I don't like the artwork anymore... What can I do?
That's a shame, but it happens! You have 14 days after delivery of the work to let us know. Sending the item, as well as repacking is at own costs. You will be refunded once the artwork has been returned to the artist.
The artwork was damaged when it arrived. What should I do?
Contact me as soon as you notice the damage. Take photos to show me the current state of the work and we will make a decision together.
According to the extent of the damage, I can either repair the work, or you can return it and you will be refunded.
How does the refund work?
You will be refunded after the work has been returned to my studio.
